these almond butter blondies from @detoxinista are just the ticket!! they are so delicious and...bonus, they consist of ingredients that i always have on hand! we are not vegan, so i tweaked the recipe a little...
1 cup almond butter (creamy kind! freshly ground won't turn out)
3tbs preferred sweetener (my family has used maple syrup or honey and they've both been delicious! i've actually made these completely unsweetened and they're still amazing!)
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2 cup choc chips •
combine all ingredients together, pour into a parchment paper lined 9 x 9 square pan and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. it's best if you let them cool completely before cutting...if you can wait that long!😉
Here we come ! i will try to share as many thing as i can everyday. first important thing that you can't take for granted is your skin👈 this might be something that doesn't matter and don't have this big of impact on you but i really recommend you to take care of it. it's only when something will affect you so badly that you are going to realize that. i used to put nothing on my face, no moisturizer, no cleanser, no mask... even, removing makeup, i didn't remove it properly. and one day, everything went down. 2 years ago and till that day, i'm suffering from eczema all over my face. it wasn't directly caused by my lack of taking care of my skin but mostly from stress. now, i cannot put makeup on my face like before. eczema is so painful. i also have dry and sensitive skin so it doesn't help, it's even worse. take care of your face before something like what happened to me happens to you 🙅
