Broccoli and salmon salad 🍅🍃🌿

in my bowl: baked salmon, steamed broccolini, brown rice + quinoa pasta + my fave avocado pesto. to make the pesto: add 2 handfuls fresh basil, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, juice from 1/2 a lemon, salt + pepper into a food processor + blend until smooth (keep leftovers in the fridge). enjoy ! 💚💚
Hi all! i always get a bunch of messages asking what you can do with tofu so i’m splashing tofu all over my feed for the next few days to give you some inspo!
this bowl was from last week when i just moved houses and had limited fresh ingredients on hand- i opened and dumped out @kitchenandlove cauliflower meals and placed over @organicgirl prewashed romaine. i panfried 1/2 package of tofu with dried chopped onion, garlic powder and some black pepper- 5 minutes and done!
if anyone’s curious why i’ve been offline for a while, i’ve been slowing things down, trying to figure out if and when social media even belongs in my life and pivoting away from food and more towards family in general. do you know what i mean??
