Deadlifting 152.5 for 3 sets of 6 reps. a new pr for me. after being stuck at 140 for a while, my deadlifts have been consistently going up the last few months. and today didn’t feel like as much of a grind as some of those earlier days at 140 felt like. so what’s changed? well two things actually,

i do believe we have a game plan for 2019 shows anddddddd coaches upped my protein 💪🏼lesss build some more muscle (even tho ocb judges said i might have had too much last show 🤷🏼♀️) .....i just like to lift, lifting is my favorite!!
rushed home to pack on the layers then off to the holiday parade to watch my girlie dance as an elf down main street 🎄🎅🏼🎄
