For about a month or so, i have made it a habit to start off the day with a green smoothie. this is because green does my gut very well. my insides thank. me for it.
my key ingredients are :.
pineapple and baby spinach or celery. those are always a must have. i started with baby spinach but recently discovered celery because of its many benefits. and now, guess what is the newest addition : avocado.
i tried this out-of spite the first time and i haven't stopped since. it makes the smoothie creamy. very creamy. you don't taste the avocado at all.
other ingredients i use depending on what's available are :
lemon (peel and de-seed)
