What a way to kickstart my day!!!🙂 i strongly believe that what we put into our bodies matters. the food we eat, the beverages we drink, the supplements, vitamins, and medication we take, and the things we don’t eat, drink, or ingest. all of those things either help or hinder us. my super #green#smoothie is just what i needed after 4 hectic mornings to get my energy back.

🖐who is guilty of this? 👍every morning when i wake up the first thing i have is a scoop of my coconut greens powder, squeeze of lemon juice, shot of apple cider vinegar in 250mls water. down the hatch! this helps with waking the body up.🙌🏻
👉overnight the body hasn't had any hydration so that is the first thing i like to do when i wake it up! ✔️hydrate, ✔️alkalize and ✔️flush the toxins away. ✅my choice is using @coconut greens as it tastes great because of the coconut water that has been added to give it a nice sweet taste.
😁some of the greens powders out in the market place have a very bitter taste but i am here to tell you that this product does not!
😷when i am not feeling the greatest i increase my greens powder intake from 1 - 2 scoops a day (morning and night) until i feel better. you can never get enough greens i say!!! especially when you are sick!!

🌴coconut greens tropical smoothie bowl🌴
p - 23g, c - 22g, f - 6g
1 scoop coconut greens powder
10g fresh baby spinach
25g maxine's burnvanilla protein powder
100mls unsweetened coconut milk
70g frozen banana
50g frozen pineapple pieces
ice (as much as you like)
coconut chips and buckinis
1. pop all ingredients into a blender and blitz until nice and creamy.
2. pour in your coconut bowl and top with desired toppings.
3. enjoy and i hope you feel better

this is a smoothie from the @simplegreensmoothies recipe book that i have made many times before. simple: kale,bananas, plantmilk, dates and raw cocoa. perfect saturday morning indulgence.😋🍫🌱

thankfully i remembered something i saw yesterday on @yahyabakkar : execution is better than perfection. using my rudimentary photo and photo-editing skills and posting even that imperfect work is better than hemming and hawing about said deficiencies and allowing that to keep me from connecting with you awesome folk! .
beginnings are hardly ever beautiful. they are small, ugly,(maybe cute, if it's a baby) hidden, clumsy, fragile but containing within themselves worlds of potential. think of an apple seed, so tiny and full of cyanide😂, there is an orchard in that seed. but you could never tell, just by looking. you have to plant🌱 it, water it , 🌧(i.e. do the work) and give it time.
done is better than perfection. do. and then be patient with your sweet self.💓🌈
