It doesn't get much better than this. a big, bright colourful bowl of cheesy cajun tagliatelle with sliced @liveleanuk chicken sausages stirred through. 😍
the pasta was boiled tagliatelle, a p*t of @jdseasonings 'cajun', sliced (red, green & yellow) peppers , chopped tenderstem broccoli, soft cheese 🧀. (to serve 2 i used half a tub of seriously strong lighter) and approx 150ml chicken stock. add the stock slowly and use enough until you've got the sauce to your preferred consistency. 😋😋 i made the second portion for lunch tomorrow and i'm resisting having it now 🤣
the @jdseasonings are syn free and add a whole lot of flavour. if you are ordering enter theslimmingwoman20 at the checkout and get 20% off. ...

I think i may be the queen of procrastination...
i woke up this morning hoping that i would be as productive as i was yesterday morning.... but instead i spent the last 2 hrs making pretty patterns in my breakfast, only to devour it in literally 2 minutes. oh and i also learnt that i can’t draw straight lines 🙈 at least i learnt something, right? 😂
breakfast: chocolate coconut cauliflower oats (recipe below) with nectarines, @macr0mike powdered peanut butter, crumbled coconut cake and mixed berries
chocolate coconut oats recipe:
# 1 cup rolled oats
# 1/4 cup @myorganicsfoods coconut flour
# 1/2 cup cooked riced cauliflower
# 1 heaped tbsp @tropeaka cacao powder
# 1 tbsp @tropeaka coconut water powder
# 2 tbsp @tropeaka lean chocolate protein
# 2 cups @almondbreezeaus chocolate almond milk
# 1 cup @purecocobella coconut water
# 1 tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds
# 2 tbsp @natvianaturalsweetener sweetener
directions: add all the ingredient (except protein powder) to a p*t and cook on medium low heat until oats thicken to your preferred consistency (took me 15min and i like my oats kinda soupy). then add mix in your protein powder, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
It’s breakfast time 🙌! this morning i’m enjoying my @warburtonsuk toastie pocket as a sandwich, filled with smoked salmon, soft scrambled eggs and sautéed spring onions 😍. a delicious combination, especially in the brown pockets - this is definitely going to keep me full until lunchtime 👍. what would you fill yours with?
Still no kitchen... no problem. proteinhouse to the rescue!! my go to lately has been the build it bowls. white rice, chicken, steak, teriyaki. boom! i have a ton of clients that do 1-2 meals a day of our meal prep to make it easier to stay on track! #proteinhouse#phsquad#mealprep
I started so well. i had a ham and tomato sandwich with extra light spread (1.5) - cut some of the crust off to get the bread to 60g. then had a skinny caramel macchiato (skimmed milk, sugar-free syrup) - synning the caramel drizzle for 3 - he put on more than usual! then..... don't you hate when you have the best intentions and they get ruined?? i ordered a rocket/arugula salad with fresh pear and grilled chicken b****t (forgot to get a photo coz i was so hungry!). it was meant to come with dressing but i asked for it to just come with balsamic vinegar instead. what did i get? oil. so annoyed but the service was even worse so i just went with it. could've been free, but no. we'd ordered wings which was meant to be the only bad choice of the night. i even ordered dry-rub to avoid the syns in the sauce. but they were soooo greasy 😔 to make matters so much worse, i left as hungry as i was when we went in! so got home and made myself mini penne with pesto, white fish, cauliflower, garlic and cherry tomato. always feel so cheated when food ordered doesn't live up to expectations and you just feel that you wasted syns for nothing. if i'm having syns, it really has to be worth it. oh well... new day again tomorrow!
