a little bake off tonight 🇬🇧! this recipe kind of fell together last year because i’m one of those rebellious mums who doesn’t follow school cookery rules! i really do believe healthy eating should be encouraged at a young age so when you can make these with less calories skipping out oil, butter and sugar that the teacher requested i will take that! and the result a tasty delicious healthier version of a scone was created! and we have made them several times since.... .
these little beauties come in at just 5.5 syns each 🙌🏻...
200g @homeprideflour sr flour (32)
25g @flora pro active ultra light (2.5).
2 tbsp @natvialiving sweetener (1).
25g @whitworthsuk sultanas (3.5).
100ml @alpro unsweetened almond (1).
makes 8, which rounded up comes in at 5 syns each. but who wants a dry scone? nah you’ve got to have jam and cream right 💁🏻♀️ 1 tsp reduced sugar strawberry jam (0.5) and as much as i love clotted cream i don’t want the syns that come with it (4.5 per tbsp).... so alternatives are sweetened quark or creme fraiche which the low fat/fat free comes in at 0.5 per tbsp not bad right 👌🏼....

since i became a consultant last year mum & @sw_bethanylou came along to help me on my first night! they never left 🤣 and just like my life @slimmingworld changed there’s too, it makes me really proud to be apart of that especially after all the support they gave me during my own weight loss. over this last year whilst i have achieved another year maintaining my new healthy weight both of them went on to lose 6 stone between them ❤️.....
