Squeezing in a last min #facetofacefriday | i got a new smart card for work last week and i’m still in shock so i’m posting it again. on the left is how i look, this week. on the right is my new smart card with a 10 year old picture stuck on the bloody thing! hah - just a small change!
For dinner i had fakeaway chicken kebab again 😍 this wasn't all mine lol i also had chips, a ww wrap and some heinz barbecue sauce.
for pudding i had one of my raspberry mousses with squirty cream and choc shot... it's one of my faves and yes i ate all of it 😋

pot of tea ☕️ i ate all of my sandwiches and scone and about 3/4 of the cake and loved it. didn’t have anything more to eat when we got home, just a few glasses of water.
up until this point i’d had 4 syns and all my healthy extras.
way off plan for this one meal, flexible syns for the rest of the week.
i made loads of late for taster and it didn’t get eaten so it’s pate for a few meals and snacks.

❤️ syns ❤️ lucozade zero (f) maltesers biscuits (6) crisps (4.5) kinder hippo (6) twister lollyice for my throat (3.5) i’m ending my day on 23.5 syns but hardly had any since weigh in so have loads to play around with.
W7 d6 - day off today, but absolutely shattered as i’ve been getting up at three every night to give my poorly pet her meds. there wasn’t much in the house, so hifi bars for breakfast (heb), subway chicken salad for lunch (1.5 syns) and then dinner was pork ragu with fennel and broccoli. weigh in tomorrow 🤞
