this for lunch 🤤 & some fruit for afters, laaavly! ✔️ weight watchers wrap - b choice
✔️ 5 quorn nuggets - 2.5 syns
✔️ 20g of grated mozzarella - half a choice 👌🏼🧀
✔️ colourful garnish 🥒🍅
✔️ 1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce - 0.5 syns
- squish everything in, fold it all up (i.e fight with the wrap and try not to rip the blimmin thing) and chuck it in the george formby (peter kay ref there - if you know you know 😆).
pretty marble effect plate was #gifted by @asda - i’m not sure if i need to mention that the plates were a gift each time i post them - but i’m doing so anyway, as i’d hate to think i was breaking any rules/not declaring it properly! ☺️

15 🌟 s t o n e - so i think not feeling great hasn’t helped because i’ve had a tub of ben & jerry’s after weigh last week and enjoyed about 3 doughnuts at the weekend and had a slice of john’s dominos pizza. granted my 2lb gain last week was 🌟 week so i knew i’d likely have a loss this week but i didn’t expect a 7lb loss. i am going to drop my target slightly but i’m definitely going to enjoy a chinese tomorrow night because tonight i’m just way too tired and i’m still not feeling 100%. apologies if my food isn’t so slimming world friendly this week but this is my reality. i honestly thought being back at work the weight would creep back on but it’s done the opposite. i guess i’m just on the go constantly now as well as constantly being exhausted.
S u g a r 🍩 there was a time that john and i would buy a box of 12 @krispykremeuk doughnuts and share the lot between us. today though, while in tesco, i decided to treat ourselves because it has been a rough few days. we shared each one half and half: strawberries & kreme (16.5syns), nutty chocolatta (19syns) and a salted caramel cheesecake (18.5syns). they were just what i needed.
