We get so attached to everything we have and everything we do. we get attached to our ideas, our way of doing things, to places, to things and the many people present in our lives, not knowing that all of our attachments will bring us anguish, sorrow, and suffering.
when we come to non-attachment, it allows us to live in this world fully, without being attached to people, things or thoughts that create suffering. we also can get a better understanding of the marvelous mystery of the universe.
here is a tip you can practice...
we don’t have to sell everything we own and become monks or nuns to practice non-attachment; we simply need to understand the vital importance of letting go.
practice giving things away, not just things you don't care about, but things you do like. remember, it is not the size of a gift, it is its quality and the amount of mental attachment you overcome that count. so don't bankrupt yourself on a momentary positive impulse, only to regret it later. give thought to giving. give small things, carefully, and observe the mental processes going along with the act of releasing the little thing you liked.

Do you drink alcohol ?
although it is mass produced, mass promoted, legal, and ingested by a multitude of people all over the world, most people don’t ever consider or understand the spiritual consequences of drinking alcohol.
how many times have you or someone you know, after becoming quite intoxicated with alcohol, behaved in a manner uncommon to them?
perhaps you experienced the changing of voice, violence, s****l promiscuity, ingesting of harmful substances, destruction to property, conflictual behavior, and other negative expressions. consider these experiences and ask yourself – is this the manifestation of light, love, and positivity? do these occurrences represent a path of consciousness and health?

“the most common way people give up they power is by believing they don’t have any.” alice walker
Failing sucks. we know. it’s okay to be sad, take time to mourn. eventually, choose to be grateful for the journey. the storm will pass, and i’ll be stronger 💪🏽❤️
food for thought: when things don’t go the way you plan it, don’t beat yourself up. the fact that you are here today means you have the chance to do much better next time (besides, now you have some ideas on where to improve). overall, remind yourself to thank god for the journey and let him guide you so you can be on the path where you are meant to be. ask him, what are you meant to learn here? what skills does he want you to improve, or have? #ngopiwithjc#growingwiser#obrolanngopi#mentalhealth
To be honest, almost every one of us has this fear of losing something or getting hurt. we are afraid of being vulnerable, no matter how much we preach the anti of the same to others. lucky are those who knows how to love vulnerably.
You are putting in the work, both in your mindset and in your life, it is already yours, be patient and trust in the universe. it is on its way and it will be here soon. don't block it by believing otherwise.⠀
