A travel day in food. i've been on the road for about 12 hours and still have nearly 3 more to go, but i'm out of food and with decent wifi so i figured it was time to post. i'm really looking forward to being home, i always forget how tiring travel days are. i keep telling myself it's worth it to avoid the environmental burden of unnecessary air travel, and i honestly enjoy longer distance trains, but longer bus trips just about k**l me.
1 - dinner on the train with organic salami, carrots, and cassava crisps.
2 - lunch on the bus with boiled *eggs, banana *tahini cookies, and an aptly named (horribly tasting) green smoothie.
3 - breakfast at the hostel with soaked gluten free *oats with *tahini, cinnamon and banana.
My body was saying pizza! 🍕while my mind was saying healthy! 🍠 🤣 so i let both win.
