Taco bread!! why have a piece of bread when you can have the whole loaf? but how? recipe below👇🏻
loaf of bread
1 pound of ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 cups of tex mex cheese divided
1 cup of chopped cilantro
1 cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
brown the ground beef. add the onions and cook until they become see through. add the taco seasoning, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. cook until the cheese has melted and all the beef is cooked. ser aside.
slice a loaf of bread lengthwise into 3. (i used jalapeno cheddar). add the ground beef to the first bottom layer of bread. add some shredded cheese on top the beef and then place the second piece of bread on top.
combine 1 cup of melted butter, 2 cups of shredded cheese, chopped cilantro and garlic. add half the mixture to the top of the middle bun.
add the top piece of bread to the cheesy center and then using the remaining cheese mixture, paint the top of the loaf.
close the loaf with aluminum foil. bake at 400 degrees f. for about 15-20 minutes.
Crazy intense makings of szechuan chili oil, based loosely on the @bonappetitmag recipe — aka didn’t measure anything, just threw whatever i had in, and my chili-to-oil ratio is wildly on the side of the chilis — this just might be the cure i’ve been after 🌶🌶🌶

The beef lover’s taco... cabeza !
stuffed w/ melt-in-your-mouth ‘beef cheek’ and meat slowly roasted on the bone and spicy salsa verde. one of my favorites from el toro bravo. cabeza means ‘head’, but don’t let that scare you, it’s just the rich “meat” from the head. if you’ve never tried one, trust me... you’ll love it !
【藤椒花枝】squid with sichuan green pepper - a lovely snack to start off with! thought it was ginger at first but it’s actually squid drizzled with sichuan green pepper oil to give you a slight numbing sensation - plus it’s the kind of 🌹 i like to receive!
