Not impressed with my scales this morning. i've not lost any weight but i've also not gained any so i can't complain. it sucks i've not lost any but at the moment any food i do eat is just going straight threw me so i'm reluctant to eat at times. my appetite is a bit non existent at the best of times but it won't help with trying to lose weight but skipping meals. i need to be consistent. i know what i should be doing but my body doesn't feel like eating. it's hard work. at least i'm drinking plenty of water. so i'm nicely hydrated.

el cuerpo puede tener las mismas señales con ambas cosas al igual que con la sed y todas ellas presentan señales de lo que creemos es “hambre” pero les dejo unos tips para que aprendan a identificar que es lo que nuestro cuerpo nos pide.
1. siempre tomar agua πŸ’¦ y evaluar si se controla esa sensación.
2. si no se controla con el agua es por hambre y consumiendo nuestros alimentos saludables vamos a sentirnos mejor. 🍎

🍲🍲🍲 addicted to soup.
2 cups chicken broth
4 oz cooked chicken
1 oz dried noods
2 slices ginger
2 sprigs rosemary
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1 handful spinach
1 sliced cayenne pepper
1 splash tamari
put it all in a pot. bring to boil, let simmer for a while. remove rosemary sprigs & ginger & eat 🀀

Raw cookie dough (vegan, paleo, keto option) πŸͺ

what do you do the night before you start whole30? you make cookie dough of course 🀷🏻‍♀️

i used the recipe from @40aprons and loved how it turned out.

for paleo option and vegan i guess as well make sure to use natural maple syrup or date syrup 🍁 and vegan (paleo) approved chocolate chips 🍫
.
now to make it keto make sure to use the approved sugar free maple syrup (they do exist) like lakanto maple flavored sugar free monk fruit syrup or just use stevia or monk fruit sweetener. as for the chocolate chips i guess you can substitute those with chopped walnuts. or use chocolate chips that are sugar free and very low in carbs 🌰

the recipe: 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted, 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, pinch or two of sea salt (i used pink salt), 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (like @enjoylifefoods ). for double chocolate option add in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. stir together all ingredients, except chocolate chips, until very well combined. stir in chocolate chips. serve or chill. i decided to roll them into balls and using an ice cream scoop i was able to make 8 balls and i placed them in the freezer. i like them cold so i take it out of the freezer about a minute before serving πŸ’πŸ»‍♀️

the macros (for ingredients that i used): each ball has 50 calories, 5.37g fat, 1.55g carbs and 0.33g protein 🀀

I found a few treats in my @bondimealprep package this week – the healthy choc walnut brownie and the healthy salted caramel slice. they were both a tad high in the f*t department for my liking (as expected), but you can always split them in half and share them with a friend. πŸͺ
