this morning i got a short workout in. 25 mins of cardio on the stairmaster. then i did a short circuit of tire jump quats and resistance bands work. (swipe ➡️)

10 tire jump squats
When you’re pretty mediocre at olympic lifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding so you spend your time getting stronger at dumb stuff like gargoyle squats and unnecessary supersets. stiff leg deads into narrow stance squats (185) and conventional deadlifts (405) into pull-ups circuits. 🏋🏻♂️
