Before you celebrate earth day on sunday look up at the stars. in the early morning hours of sunday (between 2:00 am and dawn), people in the mid-latitudes can see the lyrid meteor shower.
according to the international meteor association, we might even see an outburst of the lyrids. translation: up to 5 times more meteors per hour.
if you’d rather sleep in, here’s a map of the sky by esri’s @gregbrunn. map available at esriurl.com/stargaze.

it’s funny to me, how when you are at your lowest, unhealthiest, and unhappiest, people have no words 🤨 but when you decide to make a positive change to a better life and a happier/healthier you, some people just can’t help but to judge/hate you for it 🤔 .

not everyone is going to understand your journey, and that’s okay. you’re here to live your best life possible, not to help everyone else understand it. don’t ever apologize for that. .

it’s taken me a long time to figure it out, but happiness is an inside job, and only you can choose to learn, grow, and find that for yourself 💗 .
