We love what we do, but what we love even more is seeing you be successful. we want to help you build a brand that accurately represents who you are, what you stand for, attract your target audience and turn them into your groupies. oh, and also make you some serious cheddar. who wouldn't want that?
Disco love... ✨
you see we are not perfect. going to throw us under the bus. we play this game called disco frisbee, it's friendly ultimate frisbee on the beach with glowies for team colors and it's pretty rad 💿. so last night we brought out our pirani party tumblers to keep our #plasticfree brews cold, but what about those team color glowies?! single use got the best of us.
seeing a future #piranilife@discofrisbee sponsorship to #discosustainably _
moral of the story... nobody is perfect. begin to recognize the items in your life that head directly to the landfill after one use and find sustainable solutions. www.pirani.life (link in bio) #partysustainably
All the essentials for a sustainable lifestyle! we’ve been busy bees here at ever eco hq, with 7 new products launching in october! we’re beyond excited to introduce them to you all, but in the meantime we’ll be sharing sneak peeks on our story in the coming week 💚
One of the best things about running seed & sprout is that i’m my own customer. my goal is to make products that make the transition from being reliant on single use plastics easy for the everyday person. which is me. so i try them all. i’m on the same journey as you are.
it has to be easy to use. it has to eliminate single use plastics in one or more arena. and it has to work!!! these food pouches b**w it out of the water. they work better than what they’re replacing. they literally keep food fresher than gladwrap! you’ll use them for fresh produce, leftovers, cheese, freezer bags anything! they’re 100% sophie approved - i can’t live without them! 🌍🌵🍃🌱💧
When life gives you lemons 🍋 🍋
i’m a bit late to the party but i’ve jumped on the bandwagon and made my own citrus vinegar cleaning solution.
i juiced these lemons and limes to make cordial. to make the solution i put the peels in a jar and poured over enough white vinegar to cover them. now it’s got to sit for two weeks before i strain it and transfer it to an old spray n’ wipe bottle.
have you used a homemade cleaner before?
i am excited to be giving my ng live presentation “on the trail of big cats” at city springs performing arts center in atlanta this tuesday august 14th at 8pm.
a lion coming down a tree in queen elizabeth park in uganda.
just 100 years ago there may have been as many as 500,000 lions which roamed the african continent but today there it is estimated that as few as 16,000 - 30,000 remain, and research by lion biologist hans bauer and colleagues suggests lions in much of west, east and central africa will decline by 50% in the next two decades if something dramatic is not done! the biggest threats facing lions in africa are poaching of their prey and retaliatory killings by farmers when lions eat their cattle! there is also an emerging threat of lions being used in chinese medicine as tigers become rarer. @wildaid "when the buying stops the killing can too"
The hanger is real || i’m out of the house till after lunch today so to avoid being caught out and having to buy something i’ve packed myself some snacks.
my reusable coffee cup is always with me, just in case i ‘need’ a coffee - highly likely. so is my drink bottle - i aim to drink 2-3 of these a day. teaspoon from my cutlery drawer and awesome mini cooler bag that is the perfect size for in my handbag.
anyone else get insanely hangry??
#givebackseptember - tip 12: save money, save the planet.
as the season changes, i am loving using my @thesourcebulkfoods thermos to store soups for a tasty, zero waste lunch. bringing your lunch to work doesn’t seem life-changing but i want you to do the math.
if you eat take-away lunches 5 days a week that is easily $15 a day including snacks and drinks. that’s $75 a week = $3750 a year! think of what you can do with that money.
not only that, think of all the plastic takeaway packaging you can save in a year if you just bring your own lunch and utensils!
it’s these simple switches that make a difference. good for the planet and even better for your back account!
