ingredients
⏺makhana(fox nuts/ lotus seeds) ⏺oats ⏺milk (cow)🍼🐄
⏺dates
⏺dessicated coconut🌴
⏺ghee
⏺banana🍌
method
⏺soak dates in warm milk. ⏺roast makhana and oats. grind them in a mixture to fine powder along with dessicated coconut. ⏺make a smooth paste of dates and milk. mash the banana alongside. ⏺take ghee in a pan. roast the grinded mixture in the ghee and add the dates paste.
⏺switch off the flame and add mashed banana.
⏺cool it.
⏺serve it to your bud🚼🚼❤

tinha um resto de rolo de carne que não ia chegar para o jantar e para preparar as marmitas do dia seguinte. logo há que fazer render o peixe 😂😂😂.

bolinhas de carne

450 gr de carne moída cozinhada
130 gr de cenoura crua
160 gr de biomassa descongelada
300 gr de batata doce cozida esmagada tipo puré
4 ovos
4 colheres de sopa bem cheias de polvilho azedo
150 gr de queijo ralado
salsa qb
sal qb
pimenta qb
.
colocar a carne e a cenoura na bimby ou num processador e ralar.
bater a biomassa com os ovos, acrescentar a carne e a cenoura. com as mãos misturar bem a batata, a salsa, sal, pimenta e o queijo. por último acrescentar o polvilho. modelar tudo em bolinhas e levar ao forno a 180 graus durante 30 minutos ou até ficar douradinho. fiz bolinhas grandes e rendeu 30 unidades.

quanto ao molho vou-lhe chamar katchapec. quando o estava a fazer lembrei.me de alguém muito importante para mim e que chamava o ketchup de katchapec. então será 😍😍. esta receita foi retirada do site da @iglo_portugal só alterei umas coisitas.

2 tomates médios sem pele picados
200 ml de polpa de tomate (usei caseira - álbum molhos)
1 dente de alho médio
6 tâmaras
1 colher de chá de colorau
20 ml de vinagre de vinho branco
sal qb

picar as tâmaras e o alho. levar ao lume com a polpa de tomate, os tomates e o colorau. deixar levantar fervura. mexer de vez enquando. assim que levantar fervura acrescentar o vinagre e o sal qb e deixar reduzir ( basta ver quando o tomate se está a desfazer) mexendo de vez enquando. provar de temperos e com a varinha mágica moer tudo muito bem. .
fica mesmo muito bom. bem mais saboroso que o de pacote. experimentem.
