Progress :) on this day last year i posted a before and after photo where i had gained 5kgs over the holiday period and got to the heaviest and fatest i had ever been.
the support and encouragement i got from all of you was phenomenal and throughout 2017 i strived to better both my body and mind in a balanced and healthy way.
i wanted to share this picture with you guys to reiterate the message i said at the start of last year (that even if you experience set-backs and so-called failures, you can always come back even better and stronger than before). i'm still not exactly where i want to be yet, but i'd be lying if i said i wasn't d**n proud of myself for what i have achieved so far!
it may not happen in a day, or a week or even a month but if you keep hustling you will get there in the end!
just remember, if you want to change your body or anything about yourself, don't do it because you hate your body, do it it because you love yourself enough to want the best for you :) #staystrong#ibelieveinyou#iwishiwasstillthattan
Omg it was amazeballs! i burned 583 calories in 48 minutes, probably because i gave up at the abs right at the end 😂 i did the burpees though! tell karen from 16 days ago that and she wouldn’t believe you 😜🤸🏻♂️
the workout i did was @popsugarfitness 60 minute workout with @msjeanettejenkins do it! it’s not too ‘jumpy’ and blasts the calories 🔥 mama wasn’t lyin! 🙅🏼♀️ definitely adding this one to my list hehe 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
