[yan ting] - steamed tiger grouper with chinese olive. i have tried steamed fish with black garlic but i find the pairing with chinese olive is a better choice. the tartness of the chinese olive with a slightly sweet after punch complement the freshness of the grouper excellently.
#tbt to grilled tilapia momma lin style! 🐟🐟🐟 i learned how to make this from the many times snooping behind my mom anxiously waiting for dinner when i was growing up 😂. i love my steamed fish, but there’s nothing like some good ol’ charred garlic soy sauce fish with ginger. extremely delicious, each bite screams flavor and is a great healthy protein option. *
feeling so blessed tonight for the friends in my life. adult life is hard getting used to & work is stressful but when you have solid shoulders you can lean on, you really do feel invincible. good night 🌃✨
Have you seen the latest recipe? my favourite way (really!) to have fish 🐠 is to simply steam with with a gingery "thai miso" sauce. what's thai miso? watch the video to find out, it's one of the most delicious flavours to go with fish, and tofu!⠀
