I feel like thursdays (and tuesdays, but tomorrow is thursday so i’m going to say thursday first) get forgotten about. as a trainer, i was always surprised at the number of people who glossed over [tuesdays and] thursdays. they’re like the middle child of the weekdays: no one really gives them much attention.
take back those days and give yourself something to look forward to!! 💪💪 make each day worth it, even if it’s just a little bit at a time!! i have to/get to sit for an obscene number of hours each day now in lectures and studying. i. hate. sitting. but let me be clear: a workout in the morning will not offset the effects of sitting. but l, combine that with regular standing/stretch/movement breaks, and you’ll see some good coming of it all.
