After drinking green smoothies for the last, i can’t even remember, i have run out of pre prepped packets + let’s face it they jut make a whole lot of mess that i’d rather not deal with this morning so i changed it up & honestly, with the sun shining, no more rain, it gives all the summer feels and it’s easy peasy ! .

usually i freeze watermelon into cubed pieces, because when the girls want a “snack” it’s an easy go-to. if you haven’t frozen any don’t worry you can always use a handful of ice to give you the same consistency .

I’m so glad it’s warming up in australia☀ i’ve decided that i am an absolute summer person. i seriously love everything in summer! the clothes, the sun, the food, christmas! i am literally so excited! one of my favourite things has been having brekkie (specifically a nice fresh smoothie bowl) by the pool in the morning and doing some laps as a morning workout. today i had a delicious acai bowl topped with muesli, coconut, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds as well as an iced coffee. so yummy! 🍋🍇🍓

2 scoops arbonne essentials chocolate or vanilla protein shake mix
1 scoop daily fibre boost
1 cup mixed frozen berries
300 ml of unsweetened almond milk
pour protein shake mix into a blender
add daily fibre boost
add frozen mixed berries
pour in almond milk and add a handful of ice
blend and enjoy!
