Badass repost from @donnie_earneverythingsc go check out his page!!!the back is made up of a large group of muscles. when we hear back, we often this latissimus dorsi, but we tend to forget about the other muscles; upper/lower traps, rear delts, rhomboid major/minor, teres major/minor, supraspinatus.. with that being said, we can’t just do 1 or 2 movements and expect our backs to become an impressive part of our body. we need to attack the back with a variety of different movements, grips, weights, rep schemes, etc.
when i train back, i like to keep the sets small, 2/4 sets tops. this allows me to do a variety of different movements. for instance, yesterday’s back workout consisted of each of these movements shown in the videos; 1. wide grip pull-ups 2. alternating band rows 3. bent over one arm kb rows 4. bent over reverse grip bb row 5. close grip pullup 6. banded row... after i completed these movements, i then went onto some of the smaller muscles that make up the back area; 1. banded y raises 2. banded t raises 3. heavy b.b. shrugs 4. bent over rear delt flies 5. reverse grip bb shrug. as you can see in the picture at the end, the back is very complex; with many muscles taking shape. don’t get caught in doing the same workout week in and week out. you will not only plateau, but chances are you will lose more gains than you gain. train smart. have a plan. execute said plan!

i #micronutrienti sono fondamentali per il benessere del nostro corpo, i quali forniscono le vitamine e i minerali necessari per il regolare funzionamento di tutti processi chimici. .
il #nutrienttiming è rappresentato dal numero di pasti giornalieri e loro distribuzione nell’arco delle 24 ore.
disporre i pasti in determinate parti della giornata può favorire una migliore di gestione e di conseguenza una rendita migliore in allenamento.
essendo più vicino alla punta della piramide non è fondamentale ma ha una sua importanza. .
