It’s day 2 of waking up early and filling my cup first. my game on not pressing snooze is admirable is i do say so myself 😁 especially since the temperature has dropped drastically 🍁🍂☁️ currently, i am reading this awesome book called 📖 “high performance habits". for the last 3 years personal development books have truly helped me transform from the inside out. i usually read for 15 minutes, while waiting for my yellow gyst juice to kick in before i exercise.
