💩quality pics, but @sci_unison_fitness got me feeling like a mini beast recently 💪🏼 we've got a long ways to go and i can pick apart these pics on what i want to improve upon, but it's also pretty rad feeling strong af, eating a lot of food, enjoying life and the balance off-season brings, seeing your weights increase week over week and also loving that reflection (both inside and out) looking back at you in the mirror. ❤️ so thanks to @sci_unison_fitness for empowering me (and all of the baddies on #teamsuf) to be the best in the game👊🏼💪🏼
Hello #motivationmonday! this weekend marked one year from my first ever #wnbfbodybuilding show. little did i know i would fall in love, not only with this sport, but with the entire process (yes, every macro/workout/setback/accomplishment) of building a better me. a lot has happened in the year, but one thing remains the same: working harder everyday to be the best i can be. things are just gearing up for the 2017 season and i cannot wait to step on stage again.

in this exciting little concoction we have (modified) huevos rancheros 🤤 .
▪️2 oz organic white corn tortilla chips
▪️2 oz flp ground beef (no bbq)
▪️4 oz egg whites
▪️4 tbsp ht cilantro salsa

beeeen lifting heavy lately and with that comes proper warm up and cool down. so after my heavy deadlifts i finished it off with a little traction work to help decompress the spine, looks very odd but feels amazing i suggest everyone give it a shot! now that my calorie intake is slowly but surely going ⬆️ my energy is as well and with that comes some high volume exercising slow and controlled. taking the good from the bad here, although i was really looking forward to competing this season taking more time off allows me to grow more, having a calorie surplus allows me to exert more energy which in turn makes me life heavier and harder. turning a negative situation and mindset into a positive one and really starting to feel great again. one step at a time😛 . idk why im dabbing in this either
Tbh i just wanna live my life to the fullest and inspire a few others to do the same along the way. .
whatever you’re passionate about, pursue it with everything you have. we don’t get a chance to redo this. ❤️🙏🏼
