P o w e r c l e a n🏋🏼♀️ so i’m trying to get more footage of my training sessions so i can have a real look at my technique! feedback welcome⬇️!! this is one movement i’ve been doing a fair amount recently and i’m loving it. i’m quite pleased with my technique doing 42.5kg, but there is always room for improvement👀. loving my training and feeling a lot more motivated this week, thankfully as last week was a struggle to say the least😅! this movement is finally becoming my friend, let’s hope the s****h does soon too🙄! oooh and i’m not getting bruises from cleans anymore which must mean i’ve conditioned them🙌🏻!
i also want to try and get more footage as it’s something i feel i’ve been avoiding in the last few months as i was weirdly embarrassed 🙈to get my camera and tripod out to film not too sure why but that’s just how i’ve felt🤷🏼♀️, so today i made sure i stepped out of my comfort zone and just done what i wanted to do, without worrying what people thought of me, because lets face it, everyone’s just doing their own thing. even being a pt and knowing what i’m doing, i sometimes worry about these things too! it’s normal! you just have to act confident and no one will question you😇 (quote from sarahs day, if you don’t know who she is then youtube her you will love her!!)
