A month and a half and 10 pounds down!
it doesn't look like a lot, but i feel so much better since i lost the weight! the change is more noticeable in real life than it is in the picture (plus i was low key s*****g it in in the before pic 😂). i have shirts that i haven't fit in for months that are now almost too loose on me.
my abs and chest look and feel a lot tighter than they used to.
i still can't see any ab or chest definition, but that will come in time!
now on to how i lost the weight; for the first two weeks, i reduced my daily caloric intake by 20% and ate three meals a day, and tried to not eat any snacks or junk food/processed food. for the last three weeks, i have been doing intermittent fasting for 16 hours everyday, plus my calories were still reduced by 20%. so i've been eating two meals a day and trying not to snack in between, while still trying not to eat any junk.
as of tuesday, since i'm now at my goal weight, (140) i upped my daily calorie limit so my calories are now only reduced by 10% and i'm working out everyday. that way, i still have my calories low enough that i can lose weight, but at the same time gain muscle. i'm still doing intermittent fasting.
i seriously can't wait for what my fitness journey holds for me in the future!
