💕when i decided to fully commit to my at home fitness programs and go all in— it was one of the craziest season of life. .
i had just gotten married, we were moving and owned 2 homes, working full time rn job and serving part-time along with dealing with family crisis and diving into my new business! .
💕and you know what? it’s when i saw my own results of these at home programs of what they could do for me! i’ve tried everything and spent hours at the gym- yet never getting where i wanted to be. .
want to know how much life has slowed down since then? not even a tiny bit. actually, it has just gotten busier! .
💕you can either make progress or make excuses. you can either binge netflix or take 30 minutes of that to workout and figure it what healthy meals you’re eating this week. .
