Check my stories for this morning’s work out. in october, i let my diet slide a bit...just cuz...i wasn’t being on top of it. october is my cheat month per se. i don’t like winter, and it’s hard for me to stay cooped up inside. then again, it’s a matter of perspective. being inside, you can still focus on the things you love outside...like wakeboarding, wakesurfing, jet skiing, keeping up with your dog, and endurance to do 6am-midnight days on the boat. not feeling it? always remember why: -injuries suck. as we get older, recoveries are going to take longer.
-confidence. working out is tied to vanity. it builds more than just a body. it builds mental endurance, discipline, focus, concentration, and perseverance. 😊
take a little time for yourself. 20 minutes a day puts you in shape not only for yourself but for the ones you love. if you’re out being the best you can be, you’ll make others feel better too!
I'm so grateful to be alive ✨
until yesterday i thought my body was pretty invincible. but finding myself in an ambulance put things in perspective. 👀
we take so many things for granted. the ability to breathe, to smile, to love, to kiss... 💘
a hot shower, food to eat, a comfy bed, a pet, books to read... makes me wonder what else do i forget to appreciate?
a job i love, the financial ability to go to school, people who i can count on...
and most importantly, my health.
until we get sick we don't realize how much we think nothing of it.
