Not super duper pretty but delicious none the less! two soups made today: cream of veg and miso/ramen/tofu. made food for the whole week! woot woot!!! being a working mama now, i’m understanding just how difficult it could be to get your c**p together and have fresh food on the table every night! i like taking a full day to prep up with everything and anything that’s in the fridge. also prepped some mushrooms, onions, celery and spices for risotto later and made pumpkin/raisin cookies too. .

Meal preparation is the key to healthy eating and a healthy mindset.... as a nutritionist and passionate food preparation superstar 😇. ....my basics are when preparing a meal, make extra. this way you’ve always got at least another meal for the next day. i understand variety is important and of course necessary to eat well and for longevity.... having the same meal one more time the next day is still going to give that satisfying feeling along with more time for you to enjoy a hobby. also if you really enjoyed the meal, what a bonus to enjoy it the next day 😉 doing this every second or 3rd day is still incorporating variety and yet more time in your day and less work. intentional preparation will most importantly keep you on the right path of healthy body, healthy mindset .... win win 🙏
