Stunning start to the week here in pembrokeshire so we thought we'd make the most of it with lunch at coast down in coppit hall and a coffee at neyland marina (after a workout first thing of course 💪) between the two was plenty of rockpooling and watching the c***s and shrimp zipping around as well as playing with hugs on the beach.

There is a common misconception that squats will give you a nice bum.
squats are actually a quad dominant exercise. so you’ll build your thighs but only a little glute activation.
hip thrusters on the other hand are the reverse. this exercise glute focused. yep you are targeting the biggest muscle in the body directly.
there will be some other muscle groups involved with good activation around the hips. also there are many different variations you can use.
