Sometimes you don't feel like working out, but you just have to push through.
with a busy weekend ahead, i knew i wouldn't be able to fit a workout in. but today i was tired and my body is feeling pretty beat up, so motivation was low to say the least. i focused on simply moving; get the blood flowing and see what happens. i'm hurting, but now i have 2 days off to recover 🙏🏻
Killed it at the gym today.
i hadn't been since monday, so i knew i had to go hard to make up for the missed days.
i cut down on my cardio a bit and increased my weight work. i'm so excited to see what this change of my plan will bring!
also, can we please talk about that mini shadow on my arm? i have been (im)patiently waiting for my arms to start to slim down and muscles to get more defined and it is finally happening!! i can't stop flexing and feeling my own arms. i'm that w****o sitting at their desk flexing for no real reason. i may even have made my parents feel my muscles this week 😂
