Snowy cold day = no gym, at home ab workout!
the last thing i wanted to do today was go to the gym! so i decided to stay at home in my reindeer socks and beanie, and still give my body a workout. don’t misunderstand me i am all about consistency but my hamstrings were so sore as well as my shoulders so i thought today was a great day to skip. i still wanted to tire out my muscles a bit!
if you try this workout i hope it feels challenging. my muscles felt tired after☺️ like they should! after your workouts your muscles should feel exhausted. if they don’t then you probably aren’t challenging yourself enough. this was me for a while. 🙈

after your workout reward yourself with a lemongrass-infused compress to soothe tired muscles and joints. 💧soak a towel or cloth in hot or cold water. add drops of lemongrass essential oil and apply to tired muscles.
tip: place cold compress over forehead and eyes for 5 minutes to inhale the rejuvenating aroma and relax. and for the cinnamint lip balm... you need it!!
