starting to think of easy eats for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 weaning.🤔

Sweet potato & basil broccoli muffins🤔 i let them cool and packed them into some tupperware for tomorrow. so no, still haven’t tried them. texture seems on point, smells good but i duno 🤷🏻♀️ no garlic, no onions and i used tapioca flour for the first time... as i was saying in my insta stories, xandi has lunch at nursery so i would like to come away from all the hot meals in a thermos method😂🤦🏻♀️🤪 ( mum ur embarrassing lol i can’t wait till he tells me that! ) and start preparing real wholesome food for packed lunches. thought savoury muffins were a good way to go.. i have a feeling they may not be the desired way to go just because he’s quite into his garlicky oniony flavours.
anyone got a savoury muffin recipe?
i think i’ll share this one once i know he’s feeling it. 😉✅
