Have you been moving enough this week? you don't need a beautiful forest with waterfalls or even a nice beach to walk on. power walking at the gym on a treadmill or even up and down your street will do. the point is to just keep moving!
I know it’s tempting to do ab workouts every day, thinking that you’ll see your abs faster, but unfortunately doing workouts that target areas where you’re carrying extra body f*t will not magically melt the f*t off. training any muscle group every day isn’t ideal as it’s the recovery period that gets those results popping!
you can get extra body f*t off – and keep it off if that’s something that’s covering up your abs. f*t comes off our body systemically (which means all over our bodies) it will come off in the order it came on. for me my abs and my b**t are the last 2 places 🙋🏻♀️ anyone else?
here are the 4 steps to follow consistently to make it happen for you as fast as possible:
1️⃣ do explosive cardio: high-intensity interval training style workouts maximize overall f*t loss during your workouts.
2️⃣ add in resistance training: resistance (or strength) training helps to sculpt lean muscle, which makes you a more efficient f*t burner and will change your body composition and shape.
3️⃣ train your core 360 around, not just your front abs: the body is super smart and if you only focus on building muscle on one side of your body (like only doing a lot of crunches or leg lifts or sit ups) you will actually only go so far in the amount of muscle you're able to develop.
4️⃣ nutrition, supplements, nutrition: 80% of sculpting your body is a direct result of what's at the end of your fork.
every time you put something into yoir body, you're creating the foundation and tissue that make up the actual shape and structure of your body - and every time you exercise, you're simply putting the finishing touches on the beautiful physique you've sculpted with what you put in your mouth.
but most of all, remember to take it one day at a time, be kind to yourself in the process and be a healthy whole person, not just a healthy body ❤️
