Absolutely mental when you look back on photos and can see how far you've come 😳
_______________________________________ 👈 first picture on the left is from 2012, this is when i was eating 600-800 cals a day, 30 mins running 6x a week. obsessive weighing of food to track calories.
👆middle picture is from 2013, first year of uni and was eating slightly more but not enough and still doing lots of cardio. my approach to eating was 'eat clean' so i would always restrict and never have cheat meals. zero b***y gains also. .
👉 right is where i'm at now, eating a balanced diet based upon iifym, (weighing food but to track macros), lifting weights 5-6 times a week + cardio and having a cheat meal a week. healthy and happy mindset and a hella load of gains 💪 (not just bootay gains) 🍑 .
i went from cardio bunny to weight lifting addict with the help of a few... d**n i remember my first ever leg session with @life.a_daring_adventure in 2014, she absolutely killed me and i couldn't walk properly or sit on the toilet for about a week 😂 so grateful to those, especially carla who have helped me in the past when i was struggling.... teaching me things here and there, staying patient when my squat form was shocking and pushing me to my limits! 😘
