Bit of time to myself before work today. a cafe made coffee is one of my favourite treats ☕ i am trying to reduce my caffeine intake as i believe it is good to reduce the cortisol (stress hormone) levels in the body, and give the adrenal glands that produce the cortisol a break!

this is a #nutellacruffin from bam bam bakehouse in the gold coast. if you haven't had one of these before.. you need to. it's a croissant x muffin.
it taste amazingly light and has the right amount of sweetness.. but don't be fooled. this m**o is calorie dense.
i ate one and my chin multiplied.
