Use a wall and some socks for this fuuuun drill! good idea to stretch/warm up the wrists and shoulders first. then do these slowly and focus on squeezing thighs to chest when you’re in that tuck shape—it’s a good way to feel the compression between thighs and low abs, which is a big component of finding stability and balance in different inversions. 😝

don’t let the oppressive nature of the gender binary restrict your s*x life! strap-ons (harness for the dildo) can be used by any body. they come in all shapes, sizes and materials. they can be worn all day or a night out or just when you are ready. d****s (phallic like structure that can be shaped like an anatomical p***s or with desired flesh tones or various shapes and colors). you can use a d***o in a harness or stick it to a wall if it has a suction at the bottom, or just hold in your hand. make sure that they are not made out of materials that might harm your body (i.e. jelly rubber - it will smell like rubber.) you want a d***o made out of silicone (can be worn in a strap) metal or glass (can’t necessarily be worn in a strap on). note: wanting to be penetrated by someone wearing a strap or wearing a strap on does not say anything about your sexuality or gender. it’s just what you like sexually or want to try- i repeat, it means nothing about your sexuality or gender. .
