Great post workout meal, ๐Ÿ‡ 4 ounces of blueberries, ๐Ÿณ 2 whole eggs, ๐Ÿ“ 4 ounces of lean chopped chicken, ๐Ÿš half a cup of basmati rice, half a cup of black beans,๐Ÿฅ’100 grams of asparagus, and topped off with some ๐Ÿ… salsa! this meal has approximately 50 grams of protein, 50 grams carbohydrates, and 15 grams of f*t for those trying to pack on some muscle!

round 2: 10 push ups 50m s****e swim 20 squats

round 3: 10 push ups 20m water jog 15 jumping jack

round 4: 10 push ups 20 s****e swim 20 mountain climber ** rest 1 min. 30 sec., then move to the next round.
at the end of your workout you will have initiated the f*t burning process, get a healthy dose of vitamin d, and kickstarted the the metabolism! crush iiiiit!
