Theme night. well, not hobbit food, rather elvish food with all the green stuff 😂
"lembas" bread with cranberry tomato chutney, mushroom soup and summer salad with arugula, white peach, black currants and pistachio.
Not a great photo but i made a marbled banana bread roughly using @foodfitnessflora recipe and it turned out even better than the last time i made it - literally is so moist and fluffy so basically the perfect banana bread if i say so myself 😉 as i made a few alterations, i actually made this using 120ml coconut oil, 100g spelt flour (sub for regular flour), 100g self raising flour, 140g coconut sugar (sub for brown sugar), 1 flax egg, 100ml almond milk, 1 tsp baking powder and 3 small mushed bananas. then after mixing it all together as flora suggests, i put half into the loaf tin and then mixed in around 2 tbsp cacao powder to the remaining mixture. then you put that in the loaf tin too and swirl the two mixtures together, then pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour! absolutely delicious so thank you @foodfitnessflora for such a fab recipe 😋🍌
