It's rare of me to find passion fruit at the store, so when i spotted some last week i was so ready to stake my claim. 😛and it smelled insanely good even before i cut into it. was so good over these overnight oats and just a lovely compliment to the blueberries. ❤️

Vegan supper 🌱 i am so happy that a steak restaurant now provides a vegan option 😍 grilled tofu with roasted veg yas pls ✨ and it so good as my family (who aren’t vegan) have now said they they’re going to eat plant-based at least twice a week 🌱🌸💙 small improvements are the best 👯♀️👯♀️
Hi. here are 4 solid shoulder day exercises i like to do. let me walk you through them🚶🏻♀️.
1️⃣smith machine upright rows
2️⃣smith machine shoulder press, alternating front & back
3️⃣conjoined lateral & front raises
4️⃣rear delt flyes
in covering these exercises, you’re able to hit all the major and minor shoulder muscles to build those blossoming boulder shoulders we all know and love.
tbh i used to never want to dedicate an entire day to “shoulders” bc i, like many other gals, had no desire to gain muscle there and become bulky (lol). now shoulder day is always one of my favs. same goes to for my shoulders themselves. funny how that works out. 😉
