Read all for my challenge 🙊
today i had a crazy depressive mood swing over the smallest problem!
i began to spiral downwards in my head until @nathanvhall reminded me of all the beautiful little things i could do to help me change my mindset, such as: light candles & incense, meditate, have a hot shower/bath, write down some positive affirmation, write down some goals etc
in the past i would have just sat in my sadness & slowly spiralled deeper & deeper.
but instead i gave myself a little extra love & care plus i let myself sit with my thoughts & was able to let a lot of my issues from today go.
how beautiful is growth & change.
in light of this, i’ve decided to challenge myself to do:
10 minutes of mediation daily for 100 days!
who will do it with me?!?
