dan moeten we er zelf maar wat van maken toch?! met dit gerecht heb ik de garnalen gemarineerd met zijn standaard fajita kruidenmengsel (link in bio) en verder de groente rauw gelaten. lekker met zure room en avocado!

With everyday rise in temperature, it is very necessary to maintain a healthy life. some of the most common summer aliments are summer cold, food poisoning, heat rash, head ache, sun stroke, heart attack etc, which sometimes lead to death.
i personally feel to beat this summer more of fruits, veggies, yogurt and green leaf should be included in your diet. and if you can eat it raw or boiled without rich spice that would be the best. drink as much water as you can. the best would be daily one glass of salt &sugar water.

2.cucumber- cucumbers are 95% water, they are very low in calories. it’s skin contains some beta carotene. also are an important staple; worldwide they rank 9th among vegetable crops with multiple uses. it controls blood pressure, manages diabetes, good for skin care, regulates the body’s blood ph and neutralizes acidity. helps normalize body temperature.people with gastric issues must consume cucumber often.
3.grapes- it has adequate amount of iron and potassium, has low-calorie.grapes are rich in protein, bioflavonoids. also contains phytochemicals that reduces the risk of stroke, heart diseases and cancer. it contains ellagic acid that protect the lungs from environmental toxins. the best varieties are the red and purple one which has highest concentration of healthy compounds. people those who are allergic to aspirin may react to grape or its products.
