Sushi bowl again! this one had jasmine rice, homemade soy gyoza tempeh 😍, carrot 🥕, avocado 🥑, cucumber 🥒, beet sauerkraut, green leaf lettuce, nori, sesame seeds, soy sauce, lime juice, sweet chili sauce and green dragon sauce.🌶🐉 i throw so much stuff in my sushi bowls, but honestly it's so good! this was from last night and right now i'm about to go do a 6 mi tempo run plus weights after, so wish me luck! 😆

Good evening. tonight’s dinner is shrimp marinara made with @victoriafinefoods marinara sauce with avocado oil over zucchini noodles and grilled flat bread with red, green and yellow bell peppers and onions. i absolutely love bread so serving this with spaghetti would of been a carb overload. the zoodles made it light and delicious. hope you have a great night.

1 tablespoon white miso ⠀
1 tablespoon tahini ⠀
1-2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce (adjust to your saltiness liking) ⠀
1 teaspoon lemon juice ⠀
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic or garlic powder⠀
1/2 teaspoon coconut nectar is sweetener of choice (optional) ⠀
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or chili powder (optional) ⠀
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds ⠀
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds ⠀
1 teaspoon dulse flakes ⠀
1/2 sheet nori⠀
cut your fries and place on a nonstick baking sheet, bake in the oven for about 25-30 min at 400f or until cooked but not completely. add your ingredients to a large bowl reserving some sesame seeds and dulse and the seaweed for garnish and mix. if necessary add a little bit of warm water to thin the sauce. toss and coat fries in the sauce and return to oven for about 10-15 min or until crisp on the exterior. top with sesame seeds, dulse and seaweed⠀
