Ik ben nog steeds in een zomerse bui, helaas doet het weer niet mee.

dan moeten we er zelf maar wat van maken toch?! met dit gerecht heb ik de garnalen gemarineerd met zijn standaard fajita kruidenmengsel (link in bio) en verder de groente rauw gelaten. lekker met zure room en avocado!

久々の#わんぱくサンド でこんばんは😃
雨で旦那が休みになり、今日は三人での朝ごはんとなり、買ってきた全粒粉の食パン🍞でサンドイッチを作りました😋
冷蔵庫にあった作りおき野菜と、冷凍庫にあったキチンカツであっという間に完成です😆朝は冷えていたので、ホットコーヒー☕️もお供に🎵
最近地震が多発していて、千葉県にもスロースリップ現象が起こり、いつ大地震が来るか分かりません😥毎日ビクビクしていて、心にゆとりが全く出来てませんでした。
でも夕べの日本サッカー⚽️の試合に勇気を付けられました💕
もっと前向きに頑張らなくちゃ💪

晚上好,好久没做这样胖胖的三明治了。
今天下雨🌂一大早三个人一起吃了早餐。用冰箱里现成的常备菜和冷冻起来的炸鸡排,一会儿就做好了三明治。
这几天日本到处地震,我住的千叶县也不太平。唉,每天都担心😫不过昨天看了日本的世界杯比赛,太感动了!
我也要向前看,好好加油😉

Grøntsager er fantastiske - her hjemme er vi ihvertfald helt vilde med dem, især nu hvor vi kan begynde at høste fra vores egen øko køkkenhave 👩🏼‍🌾💚💛🧡❤️👨🏾‍🌾
- surdejschips med ramsløgspesto og syltede ramsløgskapers.
- nasturtium tacos med æble, hasselnød, sprøde spicy kikærter og vinaigrette af balsamico, honning, citron, rød oxalis og citron verbena.
- helt bagt blomkål med reduceret balsamico og 30 måneder lagret parmesan, her til en kartoffel/grønkålssalat med stegt grønkål, nye kartofler, tomater, bagte rødløg, rosmarin, citrontimian og olivenolie.

With everyday rise in temperature, it is very necessary to maintain a healthy life. some of the most common summer aliments are summer cold, food poisoning, heat rash, head ache, sun stroke, heart attack etc, which sometimes lead to death.

i personally feel to beat this summer more of fruits, veggies, yogurt and green leaf should be included in your diet. and if you can eat it raw or boiled without rich spice that would be the best. drink as much water as you can. the best would be daily one glass of salt &sugar water.
here are some fruits, veggies, and green leaves that you must prefer for your daily meal.

1.lemon- an excellent source of vitamin c, relieves dry mouth. 1 cup of lemon juice has about 70% of the recommended dietary allowance (rda)for adult women. to get most of the lemon juice, place it in warm water before squeezing it.

2.cucumber- cucumbers are 95% water, they are very low in calories. it’s skin contains some beta carotene. also are an important staple; worldwide they rank 9th among vegetable crops with multiple uses. it controls blood pressure, manages diabetes, good for skin care, regulates the body’s blood ph and neutralizes acidity. helps normalize body temperature.people with gastric issues must consume cucumber often.

3.grapes- it has adequate amount of iron and potassium, has low-calorie.grapes are rich in protein, bioflavonoids. also contains phytochemicals that reduces the risk of stroke, heart diseases and cancer. it contains ellagic acid that protect the lungs from environmental toxins. the best varieties are the red and purple one which has highest concentration of  healthy compounds. people those who are allergic to aspirin may react to grape or its products.
