Here is a question about the names of the asura couple.
according to the story in shiva purana, daaruka (in sanskrit means cedar tree) is the husband's name and daaruki is the wife's name. this accords with the suffix of the word.
but ganesh showed a reverse: the husband is named daaruki and the wife daaruka.
and this reverse was also found in dkdm and mahakali show.
i can't imagine the three shows made the same mistake, so there must be an explanation.
episode 192 #vighnahartaganesh
In sati's track i love this part in particular. when brahmadev wanted to leave the mahayajna, bhrigu just stopped him and threatened all the devas. it's an authentic depiction of rishi's power in vedic times. they are formidable not only for their curses, which are absolutely necessary for any mythological shows... but also for their role of superintending and guiding of yajna. devas can't get offerings without them.
in other shows devas might feel helpless faced the disaster due to prajapati daksha's power, but in this they were stopped by bhrigu. for me it's more natural and cultural.
