Kita semua sentiasa perlukan kekuatan dan keazaman masing-masing untuk menjadi seseorang yang berkaliber tersendiri. sama juga untuk saya, stacy dan artist-artist yang lain. saya betul-betul bangga dengan stacy - seorang tarian ratu terkini disamping menguruskan tanggungjawab sebagai seorang ibu, penulis lagu dan juga seorang usahawan.
lebih daripada seorang pelakon, mia juga mengendalikan peranan sebagai model sambilan, selalu busy gi shooting suma. so nak belanja advise skit kat korang suma. untuk merealisasikan impian kita semua, haruslah kita berpegang kepada kekuatan masing-masing dan jangan sekali-kali berputus asa k!

2 part workout
part i : 3 exercises, 2 rounds, finish under 30 mins.
❗️100 jumping jacks
❗️40 push ups
today is such a happy day!!! i didnt expect i’d finish both rounds under 30 mins but i did! after i’ve finished an exercise, i allowed myself around 20 seconds rest so i could power through the challenge. i was worried that my push ups were taking too long but i finished with 2 mins and 18 seconds left on the clock! ❤️❤️❤️ part ii : flow
this part of the challenge was an excellent way to end the workout. i learned new stretches that i will definitely be using from now on! 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ i dunno if it’s just me but i can see progess!!! so happy! ❤️
My goal had always been to be able to easily get into a handstand and hold it long enough. now that i've unlocked that, my next goal is to be able to get my feet to my head for a full scorpion. 🌟 #yogaeverydammday#wearemore#morethanmilk

Day 5 challenge: mobility (2 rounds of 100 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 40 push ups + stretching)
what a combination! pagod then chill! love the flow sequence! after doing today’s challenge, 4 p’s comes to my mind: * patience: you need to trust the process that becoming strong or building muscle won’t be an easy process. example: hi push ups, pahirap ka sa buhay pero makakaya din kita in due time! 😛
* practice: as they say, practice makes perfect! doing an exercise over and over again will help you execute the proper form and do it right. thus, working the right muscle and making some definition 😅
* pushing yourself: girl, labaaaaan! finish when you’re done not when you’re tired!!! 🤗 do the exercises with your own pace, breathe when you need to and rest in between sets but make sure you finish your goals. * progress: always remember that every workout you do, every meal you eat, every push that you will do is going to count and help you to reach your goals. if you are just starting, start small and slowly work your way up. something always beats nothing. 😉

surprisingly, i did all of part 1 in under 8 minutes! though i had to change to knee push-ups halfway through, as last night's class really did a number on my arms 😅 and i'm saving all my arm strength for tomorrow's handstand workshop!
part 2 was really fun, as it was a lot like our regular warm up routine before pole class. and it got me warm enough for splits and backbend practice. 😊 @kayleenortiz#wearemore#morethanmilk
