The left pic was a few years ago where i was doing pure cardio (and way too much of it) & eating very little vs now where i don’t overdo cardio and am weight training & eating almost double what i did 🙌🏼
so if you want to grow your glutes these are probably a few of my fav tips:
🍑 obvious but a main one.. lift weights!!!
🍑 include bigger (compound) lifts in every session; i.e squats, deadlifts, hip t****t and then focus on the variations of these (e.g rdls, bulgarian split squats, single leg hip thrusts etc)
🍑 go heavy; (heavy for you, as long as you’re challenging yourself)
🍑 don’t focus on ‘booty band’ exercises and exercises like donkey kicks, they’re great to warm up or even for burnouts at the end of a workout but they shouldn’t make up the main part of your workout
🍑be mindful of your posture / foot placement / form of an exercise where you are wanting to target your glutes as these can be the difference in where you feel it the most.
🍑 eat! glutes are a muscle, muscles need food to grow.
