Last nights workout was insane... i don’t think i have ever sweat so much in my life! it was literally pouring down my face 💦💦 also got a personal best on the rowing machine 💪🏼 on monday (my first day at gym) i did a “fitness test” and had to do a 600m row... my time was 3m 10s - last night i did it in 2m 50s and that was at the end of my workout!! feeling so awesome right now and i love it! especially loving my new tank from target 😍 i would have never bought an open back top before now! it’s hands down my fav... although there are some more i need to get my hands on soon 😂🙈
Big dinner tonight as i wanted some ‘comfort food’ chilli & garlic shredded chicken b****t sandwich with cheese, chips & beans!! that’s 16sp of comfort right there!

"how can you love yourself if you are constantly trying to change yourself?" this was a question someone asked me. she challenged the fact that i love me!
... ummm that's what self love looks like! giving the absolute best to yourself so you can become the best version of you! this body positive movement is being abused and has people so messed up. investing time, money and energy into your body, into your health isn't self hate. it is the epitome of self love. working out and eating brussel sprouts isn't body negative. it is as body positive as one can get.
people have a tendency to interpret things in a way that makes them comfortable. illness ain't body positive. i don't care how many times its hashtagged.
do the work. love yourself completely. i'm here to do it with you if you desire. but we won't be lying to ourselves along the way or hiding behind abused hashtags. i only know one way to love and that's honestly.
Another late lunch for this mama because i’ve been running around all day. started my day at the gym then came home and had to get the hubby and my two oldest daughters on the road to my 12 year olds last softball game of the season. i’m so sad that i have to miss it! 😭 my son is on chemo and is currently running a low grade fever so i’m on fever watch with him and can’t go. if it goes any higher we have to go to the er. so if you’re the praying type, send one up for him!
so for lunch i had my typical “fresh rotisserie chicken on hand” meal. it’s always so easy to throw together and it never disappoints so why not? 🤷🏻♀️
