Comfort food is all i want after a long and busy day at work. it seems like i can’t catch a break with my workload but i can always count on a good meal to redirect my attention 🤷🏻♀️😋🙆🏻.
added some ghee to both sides of @sietefoods almond flour tortillas, added @organicpasturesdairy raw cheese, shredded chicken, spinach to the inside and cooked a couple minutes both sides. topped with some homemade guacamole (avocado, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, cilantro).

Did you know that cooking with essential oils can enhance your favorite meals? one of my favorites is kale & spinach pesto. add in a couple of drops of essential oils and you’ll take your meal to a whole new level of delish! ps your kids will love it too! here’s the recipe. 😋👩🏻🍳 •2 cups kale & spinach blend (i like organic girl)
•1/2 cup toasted pine nuts •3 garlic cloves •salt & pepper
•extra v****n olive oil
•combine all dry ingredients together in food processor •slowly drizzle in olive oil and blend until you get the right consistency •add in 2 drops each of the doterra basil and lemon
•blend lightly and voila!
serve with pasta, chicken, shrimp, your favorite sandwich...pretty much anything! 😁
