Soooooo today was a workout that was totally freaking amazing. ab work, cardio and weights (oh my!). it's the trifecta of fitness and it's a mix i can get used to! .
So here it is....my procrastinated workout. i usually use 12s but knew with the way i had been feeling 8s were going to be necessary. i was right....but i didn't give up. my upper body muscles are flat out screaming from the past few days.....this trainer is straight up bananas....and i love it!!!!!! .
I know i've said this before but today i really don't want to do my workout. i have a headache and my body is killing from the past two days of gamma.
i've decided i can't procrastinate anymore and (literally) laced up my shoes and i'm chugging my (all natural) pre-workout and i'm going to get this done.
today it's going to have to be mind over matter.
