✨my postpartum workout 💪🏼journey has definitely been challenging 💫but also extremely humbling🤗. before i became pregnant 🤰🏻i was upping my weights every other week. now....i’m lucky if i can get through my workouts with these bad boys. 🤷🏻♀️
4 weeks postpartum and really starting to feel like me again!! i woke up this morning with a one month old 😭, 8 lbs down, and despite the lack of sleep feeling amazing. and this is all without even one workout.. just listening to my body, following a mindful meal plan, and doing 4 simple things every day.
for someone who couldn't workout yet, for someone who didn't want to deprive myself while going through the transition of adding a new baby to our already hectic life, for someone who wanted to learn again the fundamentals of eating while still being able to eat all the wonderful meals that were brought to us in those first few weeks... this program has been a life saver. 😍
