Sometimes during the last months i've been having sleep problems waking up early in the mornings. now i sleep better and this is rather surprising to me since fasting in theory should increase both nor-adrenalin and cortisol. 😊
i still think there is a lot i can improve to get higher quality sleep starting with:
1) i love coffee ☕ but i will embrace the idea that it might negatively affect my sleep and limit to 2-3 cups per day no later than noon.
