Easy fall dinner that literally took under 10 minutes to make from start to finish! i made the @traderjoes pumpkin ravioli in a pumpkin butter and brown sugar sauce, topped with a few pomegranate seeds, freshly grated parmesan, and some spinach (i’m a big fan of the @organicgirl super greens mix)! the pumpkin butter sauce is super easy to make - just melt 1 tbsp butter with about 1/2 tsp of brown sugar and 1 tsp pumpkin purée.

I want to shed some clarity on my lifestyle and exactly what it is that i do!
people often think all i consume are protein shakes,but here is the deal...
i choose protein shakes as an addition to my already whole food diet. the ingredients are not full of chemicals, it is quite the opposite. they are developed with natural ingredients, the shakes are packed with high quality whey protein (grass fed cows that aren’t pumped full of hormones), and are balanced with good amounts of fats and carbs. plus lots of beneficial vitamins and minerals are added.

no one is pushed to ‘sell sell sell’ this stuff. but if you decide “holy crap, this stuff is really helping me live happier and easier. i would love it if my mom was on this, she needs some help badly and i don’t know how else to help her”, then you have the power yourself to make it happen! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ’•

Made some spiced white beans & quinoa #veggie burgers, beetroot salad topped with some walnuts & sweet potato fries for dinner last night 😍😍😍 also added some avocado for some good fat. the beetroot salas was made with beetroot, carrots, cucumber & green apple with a maple lemon garlicky dressing. it was deliciously satisfying for a friday night in πŸ₯˜πŸ₯˜πŸ₯˜what's your favourite friday meal? 🀀 #veganfoodshare
to make the burgers, mashed 1.5 cups cook cannelinni beans (or any white beans). add 1/3 cup cooked quinoa, 1/4 bunch fresh coriander chopped, 1/3 red onions finely chopped, 1-2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp h**p seeds, 1 tsp ground cayenne (or less if you don't want it too spicy), 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp ground coriander & 1 tsp @san_elk vegetable stock to the mashed beans and mix until well combined. form into 4 equal sized patties and air fry in an air fryer for 15 minutes, bake in an oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius or shallow fry in a pan with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil until cooked. enjoy 🀀🀀🀀

Felt like a pad thai. did some googling and found @recipe_tin spice i am pad thai recipe.

this recipe is so much better than takeaway!!! i love the combination of sourness (tamarind), sweetness (coconut sugar) and saltiness (fish sauce). so so good. 🀀 oh and i used roasted cashews instead of peanuts. small changes but it still tastes amazing. πŸ™Œ

I arrived at truenorth health center in santa rosa last night and had this colourful vegetable-fruit-salad mix with nuts, mushrooms and seeds for dinner. as a topping i used three different dressings: roasted bell pepper, mustard carrot and tomatillo!
