Oh. my. goodness! i’m feeling so out of whack this week without a routine. out of routine puts me out of whack in my eating and even knowing what workout i’m going to do and at what time! ahhh!!! don’t like the feeling! 5 more days to start back up with the rest of the girls!!!
Pork chops that my mother made! i had no carbs with it cause it was avery very bad of carbs for me or eating wise! jury duty and just simply this week so far is just throwing me off balance and routine.
It all starts with changing your mindset! this journey is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle! start out small and this in time will become bigger. it will become a habit! it will become a lifestyle! have faith in yourself! it’s hard but you can do it!
When you say you’re going to turn it down a notch for this week and what do you go ahead and do? put on a hiit workout!! turned it down a notch alright with weights but not with cardio! i forgot how intense it could be but a good intense!
So it’s monday and it’s the start of a new week!!! so what if you messed up this weekend, it happens! you probably ate what you shouldn’t of eaten but that was yesterday and today is a whole new day! pick yourself up, don’t look back, and keep going! make this week great!

Disclaimer!!!! do not follow my lead today! lol! i just ended and celebrated 80 days of working super hard! so today i treated myself to what i really haven’t! no this is not how i’m going to continue to eat but i just needed this, especially the drink! lol! no you don’t have to treat yourself for working hard with these type of foods but i decided to and that’s okay cause i’m human and i need this time to time like everyone else, as long as it’s not a constant thing!

my results are in!!! yesterday i finished my program and i documented my results today!!! this has been an absolutely amazing journey with this program!!! so guys!!!! my results!!!! i usually don’t like to post these types of pics of myself but..... i had to share!!! i’m super excited!
17.8 lbs lost!!!! 38 total inches lost!!! 3 1/2 inches in my waist, 2.75 inches lower abs, and 3.25 inches in hips!!! 1.25 inches in each arm! i still have some work ahead of me towards my goals but i can’t complain! looking at myself on a day to day basis i can’t tell, especially i’m always complaining about my belly and my arms having no muscles but considering the before and after pics, i do see a difference! this has been such an amazing program! and having my group of women behind me has given me the ability to complete it! it wasn’t 100% all the time but i say 90%, which is more than i was at when i started this journey! i’m so excited to see what happens in the 2nd round! i’m giving myself a week to give my body a rest not from working out but i’m toning it down a notch to recover and then i’ll go for another round with my girls, from other states i might add! we celebrated our last day working out together via zoom, it’s like a skype! it was fun!
Sunday’s it’s to take it down a notch! it’s to refocus and take it all in! no matter how small your progress is, it’s a progress! be thankful for your blessings no matter how small it is! enjoy today with your loved ones and we start a new week tomorrow!
