Happppppyy monday! so just want to point out something real for a sec. a week ago today i was diagnosed with low t4 which means my metabolism works a lot slower then the average persons. there aren’t really any quick and easy solutions for an under active thyroid out there, but, that being said, i hit a new low in weight for my cut this morning and i’m feeling better than ever. don’t ever let something get in the way of your goals no matter how impossible it may seem! this minor setback isn’t going to make things easier for me, but it’s giving me another reason to work even harder 💪🏼

today i did a full body workout & started with a circuit of 5 different hiit workouts and repeated them each 3 times with minimal breaks
•medicine ball slams
•squat into upper press
•leg raises into crunches
then i did some upper bod workouts!!
•straight arm pull downs
•tricep overhead extensions
•standing cable rows
•cable bicep curls
•lying face pull
i finished off with a .5 mile sprint & three ab workouts
•medicine ball mountain climbers
