ich habe gestern erstaunlich viele nachrichten von euch bekommen. die meisten mussten wohl zwei mal hinschauen, als sie in meiner story sahen, wann ich cardio gemacht habe.🙈 pünktlich um 4.00 uhr bin ich aufgestanden, damit ich meine stunde cardiotraining durchziehen konnte.🚲
das wird jetzt natürlich nicht zum normalfall. aber wenn ich schon vorher weiß, dass ich es am nachmittag/abend nicht schaffe, dann eben zu so einer uhrzeit vor der arbeit.🤷🏽‍♀️
ewig würde ich das auch nicht unbedingt so machen. aber für zwei wochen bis zum urlaub ist es ja ein absehbarer zeitraum. außerdem habe ich euch ja bereits erzählt, dass ich jetzt täglich cardio machen möchte. also mache ich das auch!💪🏽 #gesagtgetan

One of the main reasons i got into baking in the first place was because of my massive sweet tooth 🤭🙋🏼‍♀️ i started finding healthier alternative recipes when i was feeling like something really sweet and that’s what got me addicted to healthy baking. but what has grown that has been the impact it has on my mental health.. it may sound crazy to a lot of people (as a lot of people hate being in the kitchen haha) but baking & cooking help my anxiety soo much. i turn some fun tunes on, start chucking random ingredients in a bowl and that’s all i think about for an hour. it is possibly the only tool i have found that has turned my mind off and helped bring my anxious thoughts down. plus, the benefit of getting to eat yummy food afterwards is always a positive! 😋 everybody has their thing that makes them truely happy so i’d love to know yours in the comment below! what’s one thing that clears your head and gets you feeling happy again? ☺️
ps: even if you don’t like baking/cooking, i dare you to spend 30mins making a recipe next time you feel anxious and i 100% bet it will make you feel better ❤️

Upper body split (day 1️⃣) - partie 1 : pectoral
le programme upper lower body , est un programme de halfbody qui consiste à travailler comme le nom l'indique le corps en deux partie , dans la partie upper body(haut)⬆️ , on se focalise sur le haut du corps , donc pectoraux, dos , épaules et bras, et la partie lower body (bas)⬇️ , ces les muscles des jambes (quadriceps, adducteurs , ischio-jambiers et mollets) qui sont ciblées.

pour que le programme soit efficace , il faudra au minimum toucher chaque partie du corps 2 fois par semaine , pour moi cest 3 fois pour le haut du corps (upper) et 2 fois le bas du corps (lower) , je suis sur 5 jours d'entraînements ⚠️tres important , le nombre de jours d'entraînements que vous avez décider à faire définit le type de programme de musculation que vous devez avoir, exemple celui qui s'entraîne 3 fois par semaine , le programme split (bro , halfbody ou ppl) ne serait pas aussi efficace et adapter que pour quelqu'un qui est sur 4 à 6 séances par semaine.

pour optimiser le programme upper / lower split , il est conseiller d'inclure des méthodes d'intensification surtout pour la partie haute du corps , étant donné que plusieurs groupes musculaires sont sollicités dans une même séances, example le superset, biset , triset et dropset sont efficace pour stresser vos muscles durant l'entraînement upperbody.

What does it mean to be “toned”?!

there’s a lotttt of debate in the fitness world about toning or being toned. brands that market towards women always promote toning while bodybuilding and serious lifting communities say “there’s no such thing as being toned, you just build muscle.”

but did you know, that to tone your body means to “give greater strength or firmness to the body or a part of it” so yes, building muscle is in fact, toning your body. to create muscle tone and firmness, while losing body f*t is what will give you that desired look of strength with femininity.

but, it is true that in order to tone your body, you must strengthen it! you can just lift a few little weights with zero intention and somehow magically become toned. you need to eat for your goals, lift weights with intention, and do things that will help you get closer to being lean and strong!

anyways here's a requested video to how to work on the muscle up. i'm showing you guys the exercises i've used and did to get the muscle up.

1️⃣ wrist rotations 8-10 x 3
2️⃣ quality pullups 5 x 3
3️⃣ band assist quality pullups 5 x 3
4️⃣ pullbacks 5-8 x 3
5️⃣ straight bar dips 6-8 x 3

work on these until you feel confident you're able to control your own body weight on each of these exercises.

remember i'm just showing you exercises i did to help me build strength and power to do muscle ups.

the reps and sets are definitely just a guideline, if you're able to push yourself harder i recommend doing the exercises to failure but only if you're able to maintain proper form and execution.
