Lo stacco da terra (o stacchi da terra, deadlifts) è uno degli esercizi principali dell’allenamento in palestra. l’esercizio consiste nel piegarsi per afferrare un bilanciere posizionato a terra e sollevarlo fino a tornare in posizione eretta. .

non è un esercizio da prendere alla leggera. se hai problemi al rachide di qualsiasi tipo sarebbe opportuno risolverli prima di affrontare uno stacco da terra. .

è importante mantenere le curve fisiologiche della colonna vertebrale, senza tendere verso una posizione iperestesa,ma la cosa veramente importante in questo esercizio è bloccare completamente la schiena!
i piedi si trovano circa alla larghezza delle spalle e con le punte rivolte verso avanti, leggermente extraruotate. le ginocchia seguono la direzione tracciata dai piedi.
inoltre durante la salita è corretto tenere il bilanciere molto vicino alle gambe in modo tale da mantenere una buona stabilità (non dico che deve stare attaccato alle gambe per l'intera salita perchè in realtà questo dipende dalle leve, che sono diverse per ognuno di noi; per esempio io non faccio toccare le gambe con il bilanciere, ma semplicemente lo faccio passare molto vicino, quasi si sfiorano! e mi viene meglio cosiπŸ˜‚πŸ€—). .

è un esercizio di spinta, e in quanto tale è meglio svolgerlo con la tecnica respiratoria dell'apnea, contraendo il core per l'intera esecuzione. .

i muscoli coinvolti nello stacco da terra sono parecchi, si può dire che coinvolga l'intera catena cinetica posteriore, in particolare però stimola maggiormente i bicipiti femorali, i glutei, il quadro dei lombi, e i trapezi. .

Are you doing it correctly or wrongly.
another helpful post by @pheasyque. most people perform the dumbbell shoulder press with their arms at a 90 degree angle. it’s not necessarily wrong but if you do it that way, your chest is more likely to fall forward and it’s more difficult to keep your shoulder blades tucked back. i did them this way for years and never really felt my shoulders were being worked that well. if you bring your elbows in more, it’s easier to keep your chest up and shoulder blades tucked back. you’ll probably feel it more in your shoulders this way. i also like to do arnold presses because there is a greater range of motion and i find the movement triggers a mental cue for me to keep my elbows tucked in.
